Kate Keay

Kate has over 15 years’ experience in financial services, starting out at a major UK Life company before joining In Focus at a senior level in 2003.

Working closely with Managing Director, Nick Stewart, Kate is responsible for the efficient operation and management of the business’ resources, including the support team, customer liaison, sales generation and workflow procedures and the coordination and implementation of staff development. Kate is committed to ensuring that the FCA principles of treating customers fairly (TCF) is applied in all areas of the day to day business activities.
